Nothing but problems with turbo tax this year.  purchased in November, finally got it downloaded from Intuit today but it wont let me in and keeps wanting to change my user i.d. and PW.  How can I talk to human being at turbo tax to fix this.  Or I will demand a refund and for the first time use another platform.
