When I go to submit my return I get “we are having trouble authorizing your payment “ before I can deduct my fees it wants my information corrected. My information is  correct. I used my current address and previous on last years taxes and I’m using the same card I’ve used the last 4 years with turbo tax . What do I do to fix this?

    Try deleting your browsers cookies. Please see this Turbo Tax FAQ regarding How to delete cookies! If that doesn't work try using a different browser all together.

    Hi I tried both and still getting the same results. What else can I do?? I notice that when it takes me to confirm my information for the banking partners section that the zip code is ran together could that be a problem? Since im not sure if I can use my zip I’ll use 0’s for the example the zip should look like.          [social security number removed]  but it [social security number removed] I’ve tried to fix it but no luck.
