No state income tax, but 2 very small muni bond positions that combined have EIGHT dollars of OID and that keeps me from completing my tax return! Living in a non income tax state. Help Pleeease!

can you provide more specifics where you are stuck?  Did you get a 1099-OID with Box 11?
