Help with invalid EINs

My computershare payer's federal id number is invalid. It is 00-000000 and not letting me proceed. The federal id on the original is the same all 0000's. Has anyone faced this issue before? I have the same problem with two of my imports. 

Any help is appreciated.

Those numbers aren't valid and you won't be able to e-file the return.  Your options are that you can either:

• Contact them to get the correct number, file an extension today, and file the return once you get the numbers
• You can file the return by mail
