Help please

The up pin the irs keeps giving me is not being accepted.  I’ve tried 4 times each pin.  I’m talking about the ip pin. I’ve called the irs. They told me to write to Kansas, but I live in Delaware.  Please help!!

If you have an IRS Online Account, you can sign in and try to retrieve your current IP PIN.  If you do not have an account you can create one.  

I know that you have already called the IRS. You should call again and ask if they can reissue your IP PIN, the number is 800-908-4490.
