I'm sorry you are experiencing a repetitive rejection of your returns.  Please find the following TurboTax FAQ that will assist you with fixing your rejected return(s):

Additionally, there are some specific circumstances that will not allow your tax return(s) to be e-filed no matter what.  I've included an additional link that will provide information on those circumstances:
