Help!! Keep getting error message trying to transfer my last year's return info.

I am trying to transfer my 2021 tax info that I did on Turbotax to 2022 Turbotax, and I keep getting this error message. I have already tried to move the file to a different location like it suggested, but no luck. I tried Turbotax Deluxe and Turbotax Business (for individual and business) and both have the same problem, so this seems to be a systematic thing. How do I resolve this?
