I can't even find a place to upgrade so I can get help my husband didn't work they took it for back child support

The IRS Form 8379 is included the Free online edition.  You will have to complete the form and then mail it to the IRS.

To access your current or prior year online tax returns sign onto the TurboTax website with the User ID you used to create the account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/

When you sign onto your online account and land on the Tax Home web page, scroll down and click on Add a state. 

This will take you back to the 2024 online tax return.

Click on Federal

Click on Other Tax Situations

Under Other Tax Forms

On Miscellaneous tax forms, click the start button

On Report an innocent or injured spouse claim, click the start button
