Hello, Can I request a second extension to pay taxes?

I filed my taxes but I requested an extension which is coming up in few days.  Can I request another extension?

There are no second extensions ... and the payment was still due 4/18/16. The first extension was for extra time to file a return not for extra time to pay.   All you can do now is file ASAP to reduce the failure to file penalty then pay the balance due as you can.

There is only one extension to file available. There is no extension to pay. Any taxes due had to be paid by April 18 or your will have failure to pay penalties. The one extension to file expired on October 17. You are just late. File and pay any tax due asap to minimize penalties and interest.
