My free self employed turbo tax disappeared??

Hello,
I am a uber/lyft driver I had a free self employed charge and only
$44.99 charge for California tax. but When I signed and summit it.
Web site was keep working on it for like 5 minute and I clicked refresh.
and It let me resubmit but this time free self employed was gone and
federal self employed charge 119.99 + 44.99 = total 164.98 was charged. How do I get free again?? this is terrible...

Hello,
As a self employed uber/lyft driver. I did a part time last year and my income was around $15,000.  What happens If I don't file a tax report?
I used all my money and cant pay tax and turbo fee($165).
