Health Insurance proof

I purchased Health Insurance from Health Insurance Innovations.  They say they are not affiliated with Obamacare and will not provide me with a 1095 form to avoid paying a penalty.  What do I do?  Without this form I will lose 300 dollars on my tax refund

In Turbo Tax in the Health Insurance section, indicate that you had health insurance all year (or the months that apply).  Even though they are not Obamacare, they still should give you a 1095-B but you do not need to enter this in Turbo Tax.
