Health insurance Penalty?
Our daughter has been attending college in another country for the full 12 months. Not accredited by U.S. standards. We pay tuition and living expenses, but dropped her off our health insurance in U.S. - Is she still considered a dependent and what form is needed to exempt me from penalty?

Health insurance Penalty?
Yes she is a dependent if she is under the age of 24 since attending college is considered a temporary absence.
In the Health Insurance tab you will indicate that not all of you had health insurance then choose the out of country exception to the penalty when allowed ... go slow, read each screen.
