I had health ins from marketplace for few months and last 3 months from my spouse's employer. How do I enter that?

Under the Health Insurance tab, you make the following entries:

• Under Did you all have health insurance coverage in 2016?, select all year or I'll pick who had it and which months (whichever applies). This is simply about coverage, and not the type of coverage
• Say "Yes" to Was anyone covered by any of these plans in 2016?
• Click Affordable Care Act, aka: Obamacare (1095-A). You do have a 1095-A, correct?
• Enter the 1095-A as it appears

You don't enter health insurance detail for non-Marketplace plans. By indicating that you had coverage for the last three months of the year, you've done all you need to do for those months. You wouldn't type in any plan info for those months.
