Head of House hold status issue in desktop software

now what the hell is this "Turbotax for the web filling status smart worksheet" this box is not allowing me to file as head of house hold. 

same entries are working without error on web portal and giving me same refund/result. 

this windows desktop software is not letting me move ahead unless i saw child as dependent. but you parent and their maintenance is also qualifies you as head of household. it says same in the beginning but in "smart check" it shows me error. f this software.

Yes i do qualify its turbo tax only Desktop version issue. I was able to do this same successfully on online software and no problem there. 

I returned the software it was trash this year.
