Hawaii State N-11 Form Grayed Out

Hello, when I click on the State tab and try to add HI, it shows release date of January 7, 2026 for the forms. But I am not able to add to my cart (the selection is grayed out) and I have one state free. I have Home and Business version of Turbo Tax filing for 2025.
