Have you already filed your tax return or do you just need to make corrections before you file?

First time filing taxes over seas. (Military)

I need to make corrections, because it's asking what I pay on my home. Which I don't, because I'm a resident of my parents home when I'm back stateside. My roommate told me it's likely due to me choosing the option that says I've moved over seas (as in I officially moved). The kicker, I already filed the federal part of my taxes and didn't catch this issue until I hit a roadblock on my state taxes. Unsure how to go about getting this corrected.

Thanks for taking the time to try and assist me with this.

When you are active military, in the Personal Info section for your name, you should have indicated your resident state as your Home of Record or State of Legal Residence, Not Foreign or US Possession.  You should have also indicated that you have Not lived in any other states.  If your military pay is your only income you should also have indicated that you did Not make money in any other states.  There is also a selection for you indicate that you are a member of the US Armed Forces.

Since I would not be familiar with your home state on what they need from you concerning your residence in your home state, it would be best to contact TurboTax support and speak to Support Agent.
