Have own Health insureance

Would you be able to please provide more information so that we can better assist you. If you have health insurance, you may have received a Form 1095-A or Form 1095-C.

Form 1095-C is an informational form which you should keep for your own records but it does not have to be reported. However, if you received Form 1095-A, then please follow the steps below to enter that information:

  1. Click on Tax Home from the left Side Menu.
  2. Click on Deductions & Credits from the main screen.
  3. Scroll down till you see the section titled "Medical". Within this section, there will be an option for Affordable Care Act. Click on Start next to it and enter the information accordingly.
