have a problem of 1040X form

I called IRS and they said i have a problem about 1040X form 

where can i download that form? 

they said I should call turbo tax to change my info. and figure that out why is rejected. 

but i didn't get my rejected email for the last. I fixed that so i thought it was done. 

question is where should i call to fix this problem? 

do we fix this on this community? 

because i'm in Korea I'm worried about the international fee.
