On your Indiana return, you can only take a deduction for Indiana property taxes paid on your principal residence.  Property tax paid on second homes or vacation homes is not deductible on your Indiana return.

(Property tax paid on out-of-state real estate is however deductible on your federal return, if you itemize.)

Also, you can take a credit on your Indiana return for income taxes paid to another state, but not for property taxes.
