Has someone claimed my kids

We where never marrie but split up January 2015 ...I pay child support but the kids stay with her most and she doesn't work .. can I claim the kids or can she?

Only the parent that lived with the children more than half the year can calm unless that parent releases the exemption to the other parent with a signed 8332 form that the other parent files with their tax return.
