Has anyone who claimed the Child tax credit received their tax return?

The IRS stated that EITC and CTC recipients would have to wait to mid Feb. Just wondering if anyone who has claimed one or both of these has gotten them back yet.  Mine showed a message saying I would have to wait till mid feb, but now it has changed to just received and being processed.  No topic code.  Usually I see code Topic 152.

I am claiming the ACTC and EIC and mine finally says that ill receive it by Feb. 22nd. Need it now but whatever...Got it on the 21st last year
