Has anyone gotten to the e-file part of the process and then got the "hit a slight snag" screen? I can't get past this, I've tried multiple times.

Occasionally you'll see the message Hmm, looks like we hit a slight snag in this section when using TurboTax. When this happens this area of TurboTax will be temporarily unavailable for approximately 60 minutes while it refreshes.

Try to login through a browser on mobile device to TurboTax official site then efile through the mobile device. That error message is a connection to internet issue and should allow to efile through a browser on the mobile device.

The fact that I had to search around to find out that it takes 60 minutes for me to stop getting the Hmmm... message is appalling.  No explanation or detailed instructions were given.  Instead I have been sitting here trying to file my taxes over and over with the same results.  I even restarted my internet.  Even the message is ridiculous.  It says to refresh my browser or check my internet connection.  If I had no internet connection I wouldn't even be able to see the message!!!!!  I HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO INTEREST IN EVER USING THIS PROGRAM AGAIN!  Going with H and R Block's site next time.

I waited a short while and tried again and everything went through okay.  Instead of the program telling me "hit a slight snag" it should just tell me what that means.  Why make the user go though the process of calling Intuit and getting an email sent to get me to a list of answers.  Just tell me what the problem is an internet problem and that I just need to wait awhile and try again.
