Has anybody else gotten screwed on the referral gift cards?

I did everything I was suppose to do and never got mine and the people I referred could not file for free they had to upgrade to a $60 Deluxe version when they made less than $25k.

You'll receive an email with your rewards on an e-certificate from the company you selected (up to the max amount for each qualified referral), approximately 45 days after your Friend redeems their special offer.

 

Discount is valid only for new TurboTax customers who access and file using TurboTax through the unique link in their special invitation to file between December 15, 2020 – October 15, 2021. Discount offer valid only for intended recipient, and cannot be combined with any other offer. Discount does not apply to TurboTax State returns or other products or services that may be offered, and is not valid for TurboTax.com.

 

Referral rewards are only valid and payable between January 7, 2021 – October 15, 2021, and only on qualified referrals where your Friend has completed and e-filed their federal return using the specified version of TurboTax within the same time period.

I have jumped thru all the hoops.  It has been over 45 days and I have even talked to reps on the phone and their solution is send a snail mail to disputes.  Snail mail come on I have been down that road with other companies and if you don't send it registered then they say they never got it and no paper trail to prove other wise.  So spend more time and money so the customer just gives up.  I prefer to send email to my congress people and the FTC about unfair practices so they can deal with the gov't and intuit can spend 100 times more to defend themselves.
