I have jumped thru all the hoops.  It has been over 45 days and I have even talked to reps on the phone and their solution is send a snail mail to disputes.  Snail mail come on I have been down that road with other companies and if you don't send it registered then they say they never got it and no paper trail to prove other wise.  So spend more time and money so the customer just gives up.  I prefer to send email to my congress people and the FTC about unfair practices so they can deal with the gov't and intuit can spend 100 times more to defend themselves.
