I don't see a topic for simply reporting program bugs.
I had been working on my taxes, closed and saved the file. When I came back to work on them some more, I was in the folder where the file is located so I opened TT by double clicking the file instead of opening TT and having TT open the file. This created a 2nd copy of the file in TurboTax's recently used list. It's in both lists twice, under the File menu and in the "Continue Your 2021 Tax Return" box on the opening screen.

Never mind. I figured it out. I went into Windows Registry and looked at the RecentFileList and it was showing the file under 2 different drive letters. When I opened the file by double clicking on it, I had accessed the folder it's in by using a Junction Point on my C: drive that leads to the actual location on my D: drive, so it made the 2nd entry showing it in the C: drive instead of the D: drive. However, the original file was saved using the Junction also, so I don't know why, when done through TT, it thinks it's on the D: drive but when double clicking the file, it uses the Junction and thinks it's on the C: drive.
