Grand Rapids, Michigan - IRA conversion

TurboTax miscalculated my city income tax last year.  It was to my advantage until the city sent me a letter :^)

 

I converted traditional IRA to Roth IRA (type 2), but for some reason the software doesn't think I'm suppose to pay tax on this.  TurboTax is making the same miscalculation this year.
