Sorry I don’t understand.  You have to print and mail your tax return to the IRS.   What prefilled form do you have?  You can’t attach a pdf to your return.  And it is too late to efile your return.

You have missed the October 15 deadline to e-file.   Your tax return can only be filed by mail now.  And we do not know what you mean by "pre-filled" forms.   If you have not finished preparing your 2023 return now, you can only use the CD/download software now---it is too late to use online software to start a 2023 return.

You need a full PC or Mac now---you cannot use a phone or a mobile device with the desktop software.
