What ATM can I go to and money out for free?

Go to the website

https://www.turboprepaidcard.intuit.com/

and near the bottom is a link entitled "FIND FREE ATMS" you can click on.  Be sure to use up the TurboTax prepaid VISA within one month so that the $4.95 monthly fee isn't deducted from the balance.
