I and my wife both are green card holders. I gifted my wife 200k in 2018,so I fill in Form 709 part 4 line 2 "Total annual exclusions for gifts listed on line 1 "  is $15,000,

line 4 "Gifts of interests to spouse for which a marital deduction will be claimed, based on item numbers______of Schedule A" is $137,000,

line 5 "Exclusions attributable to gifts on line 4" is $0.

Am I right above?

Or Do I fill in line 1 totally "$152,000"?

 Thanks

The annual exclusion you enter is $152,000 for a gift to a spouse who is not a U.S. citizen.

Sorry, we don't handle 709 questions since it's not an income tax form.
