if you mean desktop yes for the 2025 year is not supported on that version you need MAC OS 14 or above

MAC OS 13 ended Apple support in Nov.  If you H/W is stuck on MAC OS 13 and is not getting higher version updates that means you H/W is outdated also and you are no longer getting updates from Apple and other third party software e.g. Microsoft 365, Adobe will also stop updating.

TT Online would still work on older OS versions thru web browser but it's not exactly the same functionality and workflow, there is no Forms mode and you can only prep and file 1 return per account.
