Have you tried a manual update?
Unless someone else has a suggestion in the forum on Friday, you may end up having to phone TurboTax Support. But they would likely want you to try a manual update first to see if that makes any difference. I don't know what product (personal or business) you are using, so I'll give both links, and also a FAQ on phoning TurboTax Support.

I am getting this same failed validation error using Turbo Tax premier. I tried to transmit only the Federal Return and it won't work. Didn't even try to transmit PA return yet. I have done a manual update and the information provided by customer service was of no help. This is frustrating.
I gave it a try the next day and the transmission was successful.
