this is the only thing that worked for me, i resaved the signature page as a much smaller jpg file and it went through -thanks!
I am also getting Error Code 2 and can't transmit.
I have not scanned any documents or any attachments into my Turbo Deluxe file. I only used the forms that came with the software.
It's not my internet because my connection is strong.
I can't reduce the document size because I added NO documents to the file.
I have cleared cookies, cache, etc. Im using Windows 11 on a desktop which is the same computer I have used with TurboTax for the past 5 years.
Any suggestions?
