Getting an error on w2. Value too large. My box 1 income won't allow me to enter income.

By design, TurboTax won’t process any value more than $10 million.  You may want to see a tax professional for that large income.

Will the IRS allow you to divide your single W2 into two W2 that are proportional within Turbo Tax.  Say you are at 10M, can you enter two W2s at 5M each to equate to the 10M?

No.  Your total income would still be more in any case.  TurboTax can’t process any value, even only in the worksheets, over $9,999,999, including totals of smaller numbers.
