You may want to try a different browser or try clearing out your browser's cache and cookies. Please see How do I delete cookies? and How to clear your cache for more information.

If clearing browser does not work, call and ask for billing department.  Many agents will not know how to do that so you may have to insist or ask for manager if they will do not know how to transfer you.  The department is open 9:00 - 4:00 Mountain time Monday through Friday.  Only call during those hours.  If hold on your account they are only department who can help.
