I am trying to login in from my last years account to file my current taxes and it won't let me login. I keep getting the code sent to my phone and when I type it in it brings me back to the login page with "null" in the username spot. I have been locked out for my attempts to login

Many people have multiple TT accounts and forget how to access them. Log out of the account you are in now.

Or did you use the desktop version of TurboTax? If so, the files are on your own hard drive or any backup device you used like a flash drive.

You are posting from desktop TT Basic--which does not require a user to "log in" -- so what is going on? You should contact customer support.
