Still not available to transmit Georgia S-Corp return.  When I called the customer "service" rep said it was ok because returns were not due until 4/15.  Come on people!!!!!  You would think they would at minimum know deadlines.  I have spent hours on this. So frustrated.  We need a truth answer!

Although the Forms Availability Table for TurboTax Business indicates that the Georgia State Income modules for all business entities are ready for filing, recent developments have delayed implementation. Since we have not been given an estimated release date, you may wish to consider requesting an extension of time to file.

According to the Georgia Department of Revenue, if you have a filed a Federal extension (Form 7004) by the original due date of your return, you will be granted an additional 6 months to file your Georgia return. Form 7004 is available in all versions of TurboTax Business.

If you have already filed the federal return, you can still extend the Georgia return by using Form IT-303.

I understand, although the situation is lacking.  The return should be available prior to being purchased.  My understanding is it will be available on March 15th which is ridiculous. I have spent hours talking to customer service that was clueless.  I finally get a hold of someone who actually seemed to take some action.  It certainly seemed no one at Turbo Tax was paying attention to the issue that people started talking about in early February.
