Full Service Expert experience has not been good this year

This is my third year using TT, previous two have been great, this year has been terrible. Countless hours on calls with "experts" trying to resolve my issue, phone agents abandoning my calls, chat agents abandoning the chat sessions. 

 

My ask is pretty simple: I had an expert do a line-by-line review of my taxes. He finished and sent me some messages. The system went from "Expert mode" back to "Standard mode" and now I can't see his messages. It could have been "great job, go file" or it could have been "terrible job, start again"...lol.

 

I guess I may never know. Thinking I'll try H&R Block next year.

Full Service Expert experience has not been good this year

I took a full service TT this year and the so-called CPA just took all my documents, didn’t do squat for 1 week and then abandoned the job switching me to do-it-yourself version. horrible experience.
