friend referral link

Hi, I am a new TurboTax user and was invited by a friend with the promise of 20% off my tax return and a gift card for my friend. I used the link but at the end of my return that is ready to file, the full prices are listed with nothing indicating the I used a referral link. I've cleared my history, cookies, all brewer caches and have tried different browsers doing the same. I also tried relinking from the email I was sent but it is not indicated. My taxes are ready to file but I just need that referral indicator. I tried to call customer service but was dismissed and disconnected after hearing that it was a busy time. Thanks!

If your referral discount is not being applied, you will need to reach out to Customer Support for assistance. You can find contact information in the below TurboTax Help Article. You can use the keywords billing issues to get you to the right person.
