Forms Not Ready

It is March 14, 2020 and TurboTax is still saying some of my forms are not ready. I signed up for email notifications and received an email that the forms are ready. However, when I update Turbotax, the forms are still showing not ready. How do I update TurboTax to fix? Thanks.

Open up the program, from the top, under Online, select Check for Updates.

Yes, I have tried to check for updates in the application. Unfortunately, that still did not work.

If you happen to be using a Mac, on the Turbotax Menu click on "Turbotax" in the upper far left, then hold down the "option" button on your Mac keyboard. When you hold the "option" button it will change the "check for updates" to read "download latest updates". While continuing to hold down the "option" button click on "download latest updates".

Received email notification about the forms being ready, but software will always respond as to being up to date when performing online/check for updates.

Downloaded manual update file (w_perrelsuperpatch_ttax_[phone number removed]) and getting "TurboTax 2019 not installed" error.

Tax Return stuck and cannot file either way (e-flie or mail)
