Form IT 2105.9 Underpayment of underpayment of estimated tax in my New York return was not filled out correctly by turbotax. I need support to get this fixed.

Turbotax indicates that I do not owe a penalty, but when I fill out the form by hand I can see that I do. I would rather not file with this error, how can I have turbotax fix this error?

Does turbo tax automatically add underpayment penalties to my amount due? Or we are supposed to make a separate manual payment?
