form 8960

Form 8960 is required if we make more than 250,000. I looked up in the rules and IRA distributions are not included as income on line 7 on form 8960.  Without the IRA distributions, our income is 68,526.  Do i need to fill out the form 8960.

If your net investment income is under the limit, you do not need to file Form 8960.
