Form 8915 - Cannot E-File

Some users may encounter in a review notice that states form 8915 needs to be complteted or you cannot e-file and this form is not even part of your normal return leaving you sctraching your head.

The issue encountered when the user enteres a 1099-R and then is prompted about disaster relief ditributions.

The root fo the problem is that on the Screen the Yes and No are improperly labeled making the Yes=No and the No=Yes in the background logic. So, to remedy this say Yes if you didn't recieve distributions and No if you did. You will need to do this after entering each 1099-R and after continuing from the 1099-R entry menu and say No to every prompt after when it names each year 2022-2018.
