I'm using Turbo Tax desktop and I'm up to the page referenced as 8889-S. It says we see <wife's name> had a break in HDHP plan coverage in 2022. Then it asks me if it was due to a disability,
My wife had no break in her HDHP coverage, as she is part of my employer provided family plan. I don't understand why Turbo Tax thinks this is the case. Or what I might have done to cause Turbo Tax to believe this is the case. What did I do wrong? How can I fix it?

did your spouse have her own HSA account? if not there should be no 8889-S. go back through the questions.
It would be best to give us a call by following the instructions here, so we can look over the return to see what is happening.
