Form 8889 Not Avilable??

I am trying to file my taxes using turbo tax home and business and see that the software is stopping me and mention that form 8889 is not available for efiling. I can't get past this screen. I think this form is already out there and don't know why the software would not let me proceed to file.

TurboTax Home and Business is a CD/downloaded version of the program. It sounds like you may need to be sure that you are using the most up-to-date version.
