If the "Jump to Form 8862" is not working, 

Please go to the Federal Return section

Click Deductions & Credits

Select "I'll choose what I work on"

Scroll down to the "You and Your Family" section

Select "Earned Income Credit (EIC)" from that section 

As you continue through that interview, your answers will populate Form 8862

You can later view Form 8862 by

Selecting TAX TOOLS on the left side-bar

Select TOOLS from the drop-down

Select "View Tax Summary" on the "Tools Center" screen
