When I run a Federal review it says everything is OK. Then when I run the Review tab it gives me the following error message : I am using more than one worksheet for Page 1 of Form 8853. The IRS requires a statement to be filed with the return. Unfortunately we don't support this statement for e-filing.
Last year I had no problems filing.

I would attempt to change the data manually for your Archer MSAs and/or Long-Term Care Insurance Contracts first.
If this does not work for you I would delete Form 8853, Archer MSAs and Long-Term Care Insurance Contracts, from the return and re-enter the data.
This did not help me at all. Manually deleted the form with no change. Filled out a complete new form with the same results. Have no idea what to try next.
Did anyone figure out how to get this form 8853 DELETED OFF! ITS NOT WORKING!
The above solution applies to the TurboTax Online program.
If you’re using the CD or download version, please see the TurboTax Help article “How do I delete a tax form in the TurboTax CD/Download software?” for guidance.
Go to "Tax Tools" on the left navigation bar and click "Tools". Then click "Delete a form" and scroll to "8853" and delete it. That worked for me!
I delete the form using tools but the form remains
This does not work for me. It states it’s deleted, but the form remains

I'm having the same problem. A turbotax representative sent me the link today, I followed the directions, and I too am getting the same results. I've been with turbotax for well over a decade, but the company needs to fix this glitch ASAP or I'll find a new online tax service for my 2025 returns.
There was an update done on February 14, 2025 to Form 8853 Long Term Care Contracts. You can open your return, review it for errors, and resubmit the return for electronic filing.
The review function did not fix the error. I had to delete the form from the completed return and reenter the 1099-LTC form information, which was not an intuitive series of steps. Between a long conversation with a turbotax rep (nice, but in the end not terribly helpful in remediating the issue) and then figuring out how to fix the problem, this turbotax glitch took an extra 3+ hours of my personal time, leading to the most disappointing experience I've had in my many years of using the company's services.
