Purchased TurboTax Home & Business 2024 Tax Software/desktop, but it does not include Form 8594 (not even in the FROMS section..)

When do you plan to release it?

If you mean Form 8549, Asset Acquisition Statement, this form is not supported in TurboTax Home & Business. You will not be able to include this statement on your return if prepared within TurboTax.
