Form 8283 no eFile?

Am I still not able to eFile with TT if I get the message" You have an entry on Form 8283, Donee Acknowledgement which requires a donee's signature, electronic attachment is not supported. Print this return and file by mail"

Is this just a TT rule or IRS? Donation to each charity is over 5k.
