When filling out two form 56s, one for my late father’s Final 1040 Tax Return and one for his Initial 1041 (I am the Trustee) other than filling out Part III Court and Administrative Proceedings with the court information such as dates and docket numbers, etc. do I need to attach any other documents such as the Last Will and Testament for the 1040 Form 56 and the Trust document for the 1041 Form 56? Thanks!

Attach your court certificate (Letters Testamentary)
I am not sure if I have that but I see it was filed by my father’s Trust lawyer and I wrote the docket number and other information from the internet in Part III.
By the way this is a Trust 1041 so there are no Letters of Testamentary but only a Certification of Trust.
In that event, you don't need to attach anything unless you were somehow appointed trustee by a court of competent jurisdiction.
