Form 5492 Still Not Available

To the incompetent folks at Turbo Tax:

Why is Form 5492 still not available?! Why is it taking so long for you to do basic things for your customers?

You have permanently lost me as a customer going forward.

You are failing at your jobs. Do better. Shame on you.

There is no Form 5492. Can you be more specific on what form you are looking for?
